These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this website. These terms and conditions abide by The Consumer Contract Regulations. You’re welcome to print or store these terms for your own records.

Beauty Goal Aspirations Ltd using the trading style G-Style Beauty own the copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in all material and content on this website, which you may use, download, copy, publish, transmit or otherwise make available by any other means only for your own personal, non–commercial use. Any other use or reproduction of the material or content is strictly prohibited. You may not create any link to this website without prior written consent, nor may you restrict or inhibit the use or enjoyment of it by anyone else. While we will use reasonable endeavors to verify the accuracy of any information we place on the G-Style Beauty website, we make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy. This website contains material that is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice which forms part of these terms and conditions. Occasionally this website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).

Wherever the term “Working Days or Hours” is featured, this excludes bank holidays, weekends, and public holidays such as Christmas. When you place an order with G-Style Beauty you will be sent an order confirmation detailing your order, this is giving you ample opportunity to correct any possible errors (such as incorrect size or color). Should you have any complaints, please send them to the contact information detailed at the bottom of this document. These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this site. They do not affect your statutory rights.

Adding to your order

​

Due to our fulfillment and shipping processes being automated unfortunately it is not always possible to add to your order. However, at our discretion on some occasions, we might be able to add to your order. The following conditions must apply:

​

1. You contact G-Style Beauty within 24 hours of ordering and advise us that you wish to add to your order

2. Your order has not already been fulfilled in our warehouse and booked for dispatch with our courier

​

If all 2 conditions are not met, you will need to place a new separate order for your add on. 

​

Prices

​

Prices are subject to change but are correct at the time of posting. Any glitches, errors, or typos are not required to be honored. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price or to cancel the order altogether. Prices are displayed in GBP.

Payment

​

We can not accept any payments over £5000 Via Credit Card. These payments will have to be made by debit card or BACS transfer. Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with Beauty Goal Aspirations Ltd, using the trading G-Style Beauty. G-Style Beauty must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed. By purchasing these products from our site you confirm that they're for professional use.

Gift vouchers

​

To redeem a gift card you must first open an account. The value of the gift card is only redeemable in goods. Any unspent funds will show on your account as a credit.

Delivery Charges

​

£4.74 is the standard delivery charge for most parts of the mainland UK. The Channel Islands, Offshore Islands, Highlands, Scottish Islands, and certain areas of the UK may vary according to the size and weight of the parcel. Next day delivery cost 7.60£ (for orders until 3 PM, later orders proceeded the next day). This excludes any large or heavy items. Free shipment for orders over 50£.

Customs for oversea orders

 

When ordering goods from G-Style Beauty for delivery outside the United Kingdom you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the goods reach the specified destination. Any additional charges for Customs clearance must be paid by you; G-Style Beauty has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If you are ordering goods from outside the United Kingdom, it is your responsibility to comply with all the laws and regulations in the country in which you are receiving the goods. If you refuse to pay the charges levied by customs and excise and the goods are returned to us then you will be liable for the return shipping fees and these will be deducted from any refund due.

Prepossessing time

​

You will be advised on an estimated dispatch date upon placing your order. Please allow 1 to 5 working days estimated dispatch time. Orders received after 12:00 will be processed the next working day. We try to keep our inventory status as current as possible, but in some cases, we may be out of stock of your item. If that is the case, we will notify you by email. Should your order not arrive, please contact G-Style Beauty by email at info@beautygoalaspirations.com, a full refund or a replacement will be offered once 14 days (for UK orders) has elapsed.

Transit time

​

All international shipments are charged based on weight and volume. Domestic UK mainland shipments are all one price. We cannot be liable for all and any international import duties and taxes if they occur.

Sale items

​

All goods purchased during any promotions are not returnable unless faulty. 

​

Returns and cancellations

​

We ensure all items that are posted to our customers are of the highest standard but if there is ever a need to return an item we do accept returns. Items must not have been opened or used. The packaging of non-nail gel products must be undamaged. Unfortunately, shipping charges cannot be refunded on any refunds or exchanges. All damages and claims must be notified within 24 hours of receipt. If you wish to exchange any color choices after your order has been dispatched, you must return the bottles completely undamaged, for exchange at your cost to:

Your new selection will then be dispatched to you at a charge of £4.74 to cover postage, admin, and packing. This can be paid via phone by credit or debit card. Once your order has been collected from us by our courier, you will not be able to cancel your order unless faulty. Any authorized refunds will be in the form of a Credit Note. If you wish to return an item, please notify us in writing by email: 'Ordered on [*], Name of consumer(s), Address of consumer(s), Date *Delete as appropriate We would be grateful if you would return your items via recorded or tracked post. This is not a requirement of law, this is a courtesy request. Items marked as being reduced will be exempt from the returns policy.

Returning Custom Items

​

Custom made items are exempt from The Consumer Contract Regulations – the only exception being is if they’re faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose or any other fault of G-Style Beauty, in this case, please refer to the returns section of this document.

Every effort is made to ensure that all our product imagery is as accurate as possible. Due to color/resolution settings on electronic devices, the color representation may differ slightly from the physical product.
